Have you had your AHA! moment yet?  AHA! Manhattan, the Arts & Humanities Association of Manhattan, is a collaboration of area cultural and nature-based attractions who partner to invite and inspire, maximizing our reach into the communities we serve.

Membership has its privileges.  For the modest annual membership of $40, your venue will join an active conversation with ready partners.  By joining AHA! Manhattan, you join over 30 area advocates of the arts and humanities.  AHA! Manhattan members get together one hour each month to swap ideas, share resources, partner in programming, and find new ways to cross-promote.  AHA! Manhattan collaborations save marketing dollars, budget headaches, and many scheduling conflicts. 

Membership also has its responsibilities.  We ask you to attend as many monthly meetings as you can and to actively participate.  You’ll bring a unique perspective to AHA! Manhattan – one that we need!  Meetings circulate among partner venues such as UFM, Sunset Zoo, and the Manhattan Arts Center. 

Together, our impact and opportunities grow.   Through AHA! Manhattan, members share expertise to enhance our programming.  Past partnerships have included exhibits at the Marianna Kistler Beach Museum of Art in partnership with the Kansas State University Department of Apparel, Textile and Interior Design as well as Claflin Books and Copies, the Kansas State University Department of English and the Manhattan Public Library joining together to present the Mock Caldecott Awards.
